Utilisations : used as raw materials for the manufacture of persulfate and hydrogen peroxide in the chemical industry, as a polymerization promoter in the polymerization of organic polymers, and as an initiator in the polymerization of vinyl chloride monomers. It is used as a bleaching agent in the oil and soap industry. It is also used as a corrosive agent in the etching of metal plates and in the oil industry for oil production. Food grade is used as a wheat modifier and a mildew preventer for brewer’s yeast.
